Delivery and Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing convenient and reliable delivery options for our customers.

All products are dispatched from Ontario, Canada.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

Local Pickup – Oakville, Ontario

We offer free local pickup in Oakville, Ontario.


Pickup Details

  • Pickup is available by appointment only.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a pickup time and provide the pickup address.
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Pickup Timeline

  • Most local pickup orders are ready within 1–3 business days.

Local Delivery – Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

We offer local delivery at an addition cost throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including:

  • Oakville
  • Burlington
  • Mississauga
  • Milton

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free local delivery may be offered during promotional periods or on orders exceeding a specified minimum purchase amount.

Delivery Timeline

  • Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–5 business days after order processing.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic, and order volume.

Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave it in a safe location at our discretion or contact you to arrange redelivery.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We proudly ship across Canada using Canada Post.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Any applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario: 1–5 business days
  • Western Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 3–10 business days
  • Northern and remote regions: 5–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Peak holiday periods
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

 

What is Tarbiya Tools' return policy?


We do our best to deliver quality print products in a timely manner.

We strive to meet our customers' expectations. 

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. 

When quality issues arise, we will ensure that a proper internal investigation is conducted.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch by email.


What is covered under our policy?

Our policy covers the aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties.


Under this policy, we guarantee:

  • To deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.
  • To deliver the product and quantity ordered.
  • To deliver a product that is a close reflection of the artwork on our site.

Our policy does NOT include:

  • Delivery times - these are fulfilled by a courier. We provide only estimated delivery dates which is a good indication of delivery times, but not a guarantee.
  • Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
  • A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.
  • Delays or damages in transit.

Our refund policy:

All orders are final sale.

We do not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery.

If your order arrives damaged we will replace the damaged items. 

We require a photo to clarify the condition of your order before processing the replacement.


If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by emailing us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We work hard to respond to your requests within 1 business day.


Cancellations & Rescheduling


Thank you for choosing Tarbiya Tools for your parenting coaching journey. 

We value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients. 

To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to other clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit paid at the time of scheduling.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If Tarbiya Tools needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment time at no additional cost.
