We do not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to other clients.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit paid at the time of scheduling.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If Tarbiya Tools needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment time at no additional cost.
