A Virtual ADHD Support Group for Muslim Women
Launching October 14th In sha Allah
Muslim women navigating ADHD showing up in their own lives, or in their roles as a mother, or a wife for their family.
You don't need a diagnosis to belong here. If you recognize the symptoms of the struggle — the executive dysfunction, task paralysis, emotional dysregulaton, decision fatigue, sensory overwhelm, or burnout, this space is for you.
Hosted on WhatsApp, Deen & Dopamine offers peer-to-peer support in an intentionally small group. It's more than just a platform to vent, D&D grounds you with a steady weekly rhythm of reflection, resources, and reminders from the Deen.
It's a no-judgement space built on confidentiality and understanding. What's shared here, stays here.
Once a month, we meet in person virtually via Zoom; a real chance to bond "face to face". Alternating between weekdays and weekends each month to accommodate different time zones.
What stays the same is the space: a chance to hold each other's experiences, and celebrate the wins that only people who get it would understand.
