You don't need a diagnosis to belong here. If you recognize the symptoms of the struggle — the executive dysfunction, task paralysis, emotional dysregulaton, decision fatigue, sensory overwhelm, or burnout, this space is for you.

Once a month, we meet in person in The Greater Toronto Area (West End); a real chance to bond off the screen. No pressure to be on time. No pressure to be "on." Just your presence is enough.
Some months we'll do an activity together; other months might just be a walk, a coffee shop, or a picnic — whatever feels right. What stays the same is the space: a chance to hold each other's experiences, and celebrate the wins that only people who get it would understand.
